are the spaces above the bedroom (trabeiro de abaxo),
the loom (trabeiro de acolá) and the hen
shed. Families slept in the trabeiros, kept potatoes
there (to keep them from freezing) and here they kept
the farming implements, depending on the needs and customs
of each house.
